AdventHealth University (AHU) is a respected healthcare education institution with rich origins dating all the way back to 1913. 

Already a valued paid media partner, AHU tasked Net Conversion with assisting their SEO efforts and ensuring a successful relaunch of their newly redesigned website. By implementing data-driven SEO services, we hope to offer our partner increased visibility, credibility, and ROI.

Our goals for this partner were to mitigate any potentially negative SEO issues with their new website launch while simultaneously optimizing existing key pages to improve SEO KPI’s such as rankings, impressions, clicks, and overall year-over-year organic traffic.

Implementation

To optimize AdventHealth University's online presence and ensure a successful new website transition, Net Conversion implemented a multi-faceted SEO strategy. The initial phase involved providing foundational resources, including meticulously crafted SEO checklists, actionable best practice guidelines, and comprehensive 301 redirect documentation.

A cornerstone of our engagement was a detailed 55-page SEO audit presentation. This in-depth analysis covered critical areas such as technical SEO (identifying and addressing issues like broken links and page speed), comprehensive keyword analysis, strategic on-page tagging, content evaluation, user experience considerations, backlink profile assessment, and competitive intelligence. The audit findings directly informed subsequent optimization efforts and the development of ongoing SEO strategies.

To fuel targeted traffic, Net Conversion conducted extensive keyword research, resulting in a curated list of over 5,000 high-potential keywords categorized by volume, difficulty, and relevance to core, secondary, and long-tail search queries for key pages. This research underpinned the optimization of crucial meta elements, with title and description tags refined for 360 key pages and 155 blog posts.

Recognizing the power of content, Net Conversion developed an ongoing blog post content strategy. This strategy was strategically aligned with AdventHealth University's academic program priorities, informed by thorough competitor content analysis, and targeted high-volume, low-difficulty keywords to maximize organic reach and engagement.

Results

Working in close collaboration with the highly capable AHU web development team, Net Conversion strategically implemented SEO improvements throughout the new website launch process, addressing key performance indicators before, during, and after the transition. These optimizations have demonstrably increased our partners' return on investment and positively impacted their most valued business outcomes. Following the launch, our ongoing support in SEO and content strategy contributed to a significant uplift in organic traffic. A six-month year-over-year analysis revealed substantial gains, including a 58% increase in organic impressions, a 66% increase in total organic clicks, and a 5% increase in site-wide click-through rate, culminating in an impressive 30% year-over-year increase in organic traffic for February 2023.
