Client Data & Tracking Technology
When providing services to our Clients, Net Conversion acts as a "Service Provider" (CCPA/CPRA) or "Processor" (GDPR).
→ Proprietary Pixel: We utilize a proprietary tracking pixel that transmits data to metrics.net-conversion.com or metrics.netconversion.com. This technology captures technical identifiers (IP addresses, cookie IDs, network activity) for the purpose of media optimization, attribution, and analytics.
→ Consent Responsibility: While we provide the tracking technology, the Client is solely responsible for managing website tracking
consent (via Google Tag Manager, a Consent Management Platform, or similar tools) to ensure our pixel fires in compliance with applicable laws. This applies unless otherwise explicitly stated in an active Statement of Work (SOW).
→ Restrictions: Net Conversion is prohibited from selling or sharing this data and does not use it outside of the specific business relationship
with the Client.
Data Processing and Handling
We utilize our proprietary technology, Conversionomics, to integrate and transform data.
→ Security: All processing occurs within secure environments on the Google Cloud Platform.
→ Safeguards: We apply industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest.
→ Confidentiality: In instances where we process raw or hashed PII or PHI it is to support services as determined by a Statement ofWork (SOW) and authorized by the Client.
